We Clean  Pebble Tech Aggregate Floors   

 

Pebble tech is very porous and traps food and other microbial contaminants.

These types of floors should be cleaned w/  the proper antimicrobial solutions to suppress microbial action, Then cleaning solution is  applied.   Next brushing. Then steam- cleaning.  Finally drying with our turbo blowers.

 

 

 Stone Floor Clean  Seal

 

Linoleum   Asphaltic Tiles    Strip Seal & Wax                 

We Strip the old wax by applying a floor stripper then using our Rotary Buffer with a round scotch bright pad to scrape it off and reveal the naked floor.

Once the stripping part is finished we use our truck mount to Rinse and remove the loosened old wax.

We mop apply a sealant to the clean stripped floor to protect the linoleum and prepare it to receive the wax

We use Turbo-Blowers to dry the floor between applications

Once the sealant is dry we mop apply a high quality wax (metal interlock) to the floor using a very specialized yet old fashioned finishing mop

We apply a second coat of wax

We dry the floor while we are there.
